Last, but not least, our friends, the student chefs from the Walla Walla Community College Culinary Arts Program will be back offering those delicious SYZYGY- marinated ribs for a small donation to their important program.

The big weekend is coming and

there is so much to talk about!

We will also offer a very special pre-release tasting of our new SAROS wine - a blend of 44% Tempranillo, 44% Malbec and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. Futures on this very limited 2005 vintage wine ($45/bottle) will be available THIS WEEKEND ONLY. This wine will be sold exclusively at the winery and largely to future wine club members (stay tuned). We will also be pouring our current 2005 Walla Walla Valley Syrah and 2005 Columbia Valley Red Wine -While it Lasts!

Second: The Art                

A very special exhibit from local artist, Candace Rose and the Noodle Grotto Art Studio. Candace's "Found Object" Sculptures are incredibly unique and fun. The SYZYGY Artist Magnum pictured here was created by Candace for the Auction of WA Wines and puchased by local Marcus Whitman Hotel Owner, Kyle Mussman. It will not be for sale, but her other pieces will! We are thrilled to have this exhibit through June.
