SYZYGY ECLIPSE CLUBs TERMS AND CONDITIONS By submitting this enrollment form, you agree to join the Eclipse Club for a minimum of 1 yr. from the date of enrollment, and authorize SYZYGY to charge Eclipse Club wine selections and any applicable shipping fees to the credit card number provided by you. Wine shipments from SYZYGY are subject to state and federal laws. You must be minimum 21 years of age to order wine and all wine shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show ID proving that you are at least 21 years of age to accept delivery. Shipping laws change often so please check with SYZYGY to determine current shipping regulations for your destination. *Delivery/Pickup Option: Eclipse Club wines will be available Fall Release Weekend (November) and Spring Release Weekend (May). Credit cards will be charged at the time of pickup for those attending each of these weekends. All wine not picked up that weekend will be charged within the following week, shipping costs will be added and wine will be shipped. (For those attending Holiday Barrel Tasting Weekend, please contact the winery. We will charge you cards in November and hold for December HBT pickup only. Otherwise shipping will automatically be charged and your wine will be shipped as weather permits). Please note SYZYGY will determine all Eclipse Club wines. Spring shipments will be mixed and include only currently available wines. No special requests or exchanges. By checking this box, I agree to the terms outlined above including my commitment to a minimum one year membership (two wine club fulfillments). Cancellation must occur after Spring wine delivery and before Fall delivery with 30 days written notice (by October 1st) or membership will automatically renew for an additional year.
